Sensibly Sweet Options:

 

 

HCG Strawberry Shortcake

 Handful of strawberries 

1 packet of Truvia 

Melba toast

 Blend strawberries and truvia together into a liquid.

 Either drizzle the mixture over the toast or dip the toast into the mixture. 

*A nice sweet treat at the end of the day!

 

 

Strawberry Smoothie

Handful of strawberries

3 packets of stevia or splenda

2 cups or more of ice, to your liking

Blend ice, strawberries and sweetener.

Better than a shake and healthy too!

 

 

 

Warm Apple Dessert

Cut one apple into cubes or slices.

 Place on a microwave-save dish

Sprinkle with ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp cardamom, and a pinch of clove

Cook in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.

 

 

Apple Salad

Cut one apple into fine slices.

1 tsp. chopped fresh mint leaves

1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Mix together and serve .

 

 

Homemade Applesauce

5 apples (Johnathon, Gala, Fuji)

1 t. fresh lemon juice

1/2 c. water

1 packet stevia

1/2 t. cinnamon

Peel, core and chop apples. 

Cook apples and water in a crock pot on low for 2 hours. 

When cooled, puree apples in blender while adding stevia and cinnamon. 

Divide into 5 equal portions (usually about1/2 c. per serving)

Servings: 5 fruits

 

 

Strawberries and Creme

Handfull of small-medium strawberries

1 T. milk

1 drop Vanilla Creme stevia

1 packet stevia

Slice strawberries and toss with packet of stevia to taste.

 Measure milk into separate bowl and stir in liquid stevia. 

Pour over strawberries.

Servings: 1 fruit, 1 milk

 

Strawberry Sorbet

Allotted amount of strawberries.

Juice of one lemon.

Stevia to taste.

Water as needed. 

Freeze fresh strawberries about 1 hour. 

Blend fresh frozen strawberries, lemon juice & sugar substitute in blender until very well blended. 

You can serve immediately or place in freezer to allow it to firm up even further.
