Salad Recipes:
Cucumber Salad
1 thinly sliced cucumber
1 T. vinegar
1 t. dill
Stevia
Black pepper
Mix all of the ingredients except for the cucumber.
Stir in the cucumbers and refrigerate for 20 minutes or serve immediately.
Crunchy Apple Chicken Salad
4 Ounces chicken cooked and diced
1 apple diced
3 stalks celery diced
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of cardamom
Stevia to taste
Mix ingredients, sprinkle with stevia and cinnamon. Chill for 20
minutes.
Taco Salad
2 cups of chopped romaine lettuce
100 grams of lean ground beef
½ tsp garlic salt
¼ tsp of chili seasoning -
Crunched up melba toast
Saute ground beef and spices.
Sprinkle on top of lettuce and top
with crunched melba toast.
